1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Silicrux's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

Silicrux provides AI-powered lead generation services that identify, target, and deliver qualified prospects to businesses through various digital marketing channels including but not limited to:

• Google Ads campaigns
• Facebook and Instagram advertising
• LinkedIn advertising
• Email marketing campaigns
• Multi-channel retargeting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Standard Channels: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channels: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channels: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of lead delivery. No setup fees or monthly minimums apply. You only pay for leads that meet your pre-agreed qualification criteria.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Matches your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services
• Has provided accurate contact information
• Meets your budget and decision-making authority requirements

5. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of leads delivered. If a lead does not meet the agreed qualification criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a full refund for that lead.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their target market and ideal customer profile
• Responding to leads in a timely manner (within 24-48 hours recommended)
• Providing feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaigns
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of provided leads

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All lead data is obtained through legitimate sources and complies with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, software, and methodologies used by Silicrux remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any aspect of our technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

Silicrux's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
